What gives you inspiration?

My inspiration comes from everything. I deeply believe in details. Everything is transforming itself all the time, but I need to treasure at least a part of that. Sometimes I wonder why I chose what I shot, but then I relax and I try to believe in that moment, the shoot. Simultaneously my mind discovers new moments and images.

What are your influences?

I don’t know what to call influences, actually. I think I have been influenced by different things since I was born . Nobody is my pure influence, a lot of people are part of it. It is like an ancestral conscience, inside my veins and in my blood. Like a helping hand from the past.

Why did you choose these photos?

I asked my closest friends and colleagues to choose the pictures they liked the most. I chose from those photos.

What does photography mean to you?

Photography is a choice, a game composed by real space and a specific moment. We have to make that moment ours. It is like making a decision to grab a certain point in time. Sometimes it makes me feel kind of materialistic, because I want a proof. However, as I said before, I relax and let things happen. Trying to enjoy every single moment of it.
