What gives you inspiration?
Sun, sea, music, cinema, books, exploring new places, meeting new people, my loved ones, dreams, trying new films, cameras and lenses. Also the endless variation of light, shadow and colors are a big inspiration for me. And of course the moment when I can take a good picture where everything just fell right into place.
What are your influences?
I’m obsessed with checking other photographers work on Flickr. There are several photographers which work I admire (Richard Renaldi, Paolo Roversi, Edward Olive, Jordi Gual and a lot more of really talented photographers on Flickr) and it is sure that somehow, in small pieces they’re influencing me. But interestingly I’m making very different photos if you compare it with their photos.
Why did you choose these photos?
It was a tough decision to choose them, my whole portfolio describes me the best. Choosing them made me realize that having people on the photos is very important to me. I like my still life minimal photos a lot.
What does photography mean to you?
With photography it doesn’t count who you are, where you’re from or what you’re doing. Only my pictures count and what I can express with them.
