Interview Max Schneider

Photography is unlimited to me.

Name: Max Schneider
Hometown: A small and quiet city in western Germany.
Style of photography: It´s pretty hard to describe my personal sensation of photography, but I would say my style is influenced by searching and capturing unique moments. I am also fascinated by the aesthetic part of film photography.
Type of camera(s): Rolleiflex 2,8F , Olympus Om 2SP and various Polaroid cameras.
Website: Flickr

What gives you inspiration?

Mostly I’m acting spontaneous, so the list of my inspiration is basically endless. It could be everything: how light falls on objects and structures, close friends or a stranger in the streets. That’s why photography is so unlimited to me.

What are your influences?

I admire so many different photographers and their work. It´s nearly impossible for me to just name a few.

Why did you choose these photos?

In the first line I chose these photographs because I really like them.

What does photography mean to you?

Freedom, creativity and pleasure.
