What gives you inspiration?
Inspiration can come in any form and at any moment. Lately it’s the world outside as I drive by every morning.
What are your influences?
I’m influenced by music, smells, weather, friends, family, my fiancée, creative people, my upbringing, a good story and all the talented photographers in this world.
Why did you choose these photos?
I chose these photographs because I feel they best represent my work and esthetic. I love the emotion of black and white and have a love/hate relationship with color.
What does photography mean to you?
Photography is my whole life, yet I find it can be a curse rather a blessing. Without it, I would be lost. Being on the other side of the lens is comforting and it’s a good excuse for being transparent.
