What gives you inspiration?

People who dare to be themselves and who are pure and authentic. Also those who dare to chase their dream by making choices in life so they can discover and develop their passion. I found these people very inspiring to portray, but they also inspire and encourage me to stay close to myself and to keep chasing my own dream.

What are your influences?

My pictures are influenced by a combination of my background as a graphic designer, the tiny village where I grew up as a farmer’s daughter and my character of being romantic, integer and unprejudiced.

Why did you choose these photos?

These pictures come from four different projects but I think it shows that I like to capture people or animals in their own natural surroundings.

What does photography mean to you?

One big fantastic voyage of discovery.
